Specialist Practice Students- District Nursing - Band 5
Are you a Registered Adult Nurse with a passion for Community Nursing ?

Croydon Health Services are offering sponsorship opportunities for Registered Nurses with previous Community Nursing experience to complete the Specialist Practice Course in District Nursing.
We are looking for enthusiastic Nurses with excellent up to date clinical skills as well as a leadership qualities to undertake the course with a focus on advanced history taking, physical assessment and V300 Non Medical prescribing.
Successful applicants will undertake the course at South Bank University commencing September 2021 and be based in Croydon Community Nursing Teams. A one year fixed term contract will be offered and successful candidates will need to satisfy the entry requirements of the University as well as Croydon's selection Process.
Due to the nature of this role applicants are required to have a full UK driving license and a car to use for work purposes.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
