Do you want to help change lives?
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is one of the most evidence based treatments for patients with chronic lung disease and has the ability to change the lives of those who take part.
The Croydon PR service is part of the Croydon Respiratory Team - a developing service working in many innovative and exciting ways to improve quality of life for people with respiratory disease in Croydon. It is an integrated service working within the hospital and across the community and also includes Pulmonary Rehabilitation and the Home oxygen service.
We have an exciting opening for a dynamic band 6 physiotherapist who has previous experience of running and managing exercise classes programmes to join our PR team. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in delivering the ambulatory oxygen service. The post holder will be well supported by Band 7 and 8a physiotherapists in pulmonary rehabilitation, a PR administrator and the wider Croydon Respiratory Team.
It is essential that applicants have access to a car to use for work as this is a community based role. Applications will not be considered if the applicant does not have a car.
