Breast Care Nurse Specialist - Band 7
37.5 hours per week fulltime

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced innovative and enthusiastic nurse to join our cancer nursing team. The post holder will join a well-established breast team. The Trust are working towards achieving the new cancer targets for breast cancer and support the extended breast screening.
The post holder will contribute as a key member of the breast cancer team to reduce waiting times and meet cancer targets and deliver patient centred care.
We require someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team. Leadership, innovation, motivation and excellent communication skills are essential.
You must be a RGN level 1 with a minimum of five years post registration experience, of which at least one must have been in breast care or breast cancer. You must possess, or be working towards a relevant degree.
Interviews will be held on : 1st July 2021
This position is due to commence in August 2021.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
